Ban Seng Plastic Industries & Assembly SDN BHD runs a wide range of commodity and engineering resins such as PP, PS, PE, ABS, PMMA, PA6, PA66, PC, POM, TPE including Fire Retardant, Glass Filled and antistatic materials. Conditioning process, hot stamping and silkscreen services are also available in its scale. The company’s production is equipped with 44 brand new machineries ranging from 58 to 1400 tons, featured with excellent quality, high efficiency and capable in large cycles to meet different customer desires.

To ensure high quality and reliability in customers’ goods, the company demonstrates different types of quality tools i.e. Failure Modes and Eddects Analysis (FMEA), Process Control Plan (PCP), Repeatability & Reproducibly (R&R) and Plan Do Check Act (PDCA). It qualified facilities are equipped with CMM, Smart Scope, Spectrophotometer (Colour Meter), data logger and other measuring tools to do tests and analysis of various physical, electrical and others parameters. All these devices have been calibrated periodically to ensure they meet the stringent requirements for accuracy and reliability.

The company serves a wide range of industries and products, such as Bosch, Panasonic, NIfCO, Jebco, Green Leaf, Proton, Carlsberg, Pepsi, Samsung, and Pensonic, with support to worldwide customers in Mexico, France, Sweden, Germany, Russia, China, Romania, Hungary, India, and of course Malaysia. 2010	Expand business with Bosch overseas plant. Establish Ban Seng Production System (BSPS) – House of LEAN. Embark to Bosch Supplier Learning Group. Started business with Camfil Farr (France), expand business to Industrial air filter product.
2012	Move to new plant at Subang, expansion of production floor area (Built Up area 65,500 sqf). Acquired for ISO 14001 certification. Enhance in LEAN Management – System CIP. Started business with Hitachi Koki Malaysia.
2016	Setup tooling plant (2013) Expand in 3k molding technology New Plant setup at Penang (2015) Towards TS16949 Target become Bosch Benchmark Plant (Plastic Division)
