A spray booth is an essential facility used in manufacturing and industrial processes for applying paint, coatings, or finishes to various products and parts. It provides a controlled environment to ensure high-quality application and safety.
OUR PROCESS
1Enclosure
- Walls & Ceiling: Typically made of durable materials like steel or aluminium to contain overspray and fumes.
- Doors: Allow for the entry and exit of products and personnel.
2Ventilation System
- Air Intake: Brings in fresh, filtered air to maintain a clean environment.
- Exhaust Fans: Remove contaminated air, fumes, and overspray from the booth.
- Filters: Capture overspray particles and prevent them from being released into the environment. Common filter types include pre-filters, HEPA filters, and activated carbon filters.
3Lighting
- Illumination: Bright, shadow-free lighting is crucial for ensuring consistent and quality application of coatings.
- Explosion-Proof Fixtures: Used to prevent ignition of flammable fumes.
4Spray Equipment
- Spray Guns: Used to apply the coating. Can be airless, air-assisted, or HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray guns.
- Paint Supply System: Includes paint pumps, pressure pots, or gravity-fed systems to supply paint to the spray guns.
5Control Panel
- Monitoring & Control: Manages the operation of the ventilation system, lighting, and other booth functions.
